Beware of any ideology that puts identity, purpose, and feminine power behind the locked door of business, empires, and money.
Beware of those who preach feminine power by replicating what masculine power has been doing for centuries.
Beware of those who promise your life’s fulfillment on the other side of a good marketing strategy.
Beware of blanket advice from those who do not know you, your desires, your circumstances, and your mental health personally.
Beware of those who tell you your dissatisfaction is because you’re “just not trying hard enough”, or doing enough, or sacrificing enough.
Beware of those who define success exclusively by numbers.
In the age of the influencer, beware of confusing those with celebrity and status as those who hold THE key to the things you are deeply longing for.
Beware of hustle and grind culture.
Beware of those who claim that *you* are the only one holding you back.
Beware of those who tell you that what your heart wants is, “not dreaming big enough.”
Beware of any flavor of feminism and empowerment that not only excludes more than it includes, but shames and disempowers those who are excluded from its dogma.
Make no mistake, I am a huge fan of women running businesses, finding joy in their careers, and making limitless amounts of money doing it. I think it’s beautiful. Make it rain girl.
But when our purpose, identity, fulfillment, and enough-ness are presented and preached as so deeply intertwined with money and business that we exclusively define ourselves, our power, our creativity, and our alignment by them … we are being lied to.
